The CYF Kiddo Quest Adventure, launched in March 2025 as part of the newly formed CFY Children’s Group, is a vibrant initiative designed to nurture young minds through hands-on learning, creative exploration, and values-based activities. Aimed at children ages 4 to around 10, the program encourages teamwork, communication, gratitude, and leadership—laying the foundation for a generation of confident, compassionate youth.
At the heart of the program is 11-year-old team leader Chris Chen, who actively contributes to planning, designing event materials, and supporting group coordination—with the loving guidance of his mother. His involvement reflects CYF’s mission of cultivating youth potential from an early age through family and community engagement.
On March 22, we hosted our inaugural event, “Snow Mooncake”, where over a dozen children and their families gathered to make snow-style mooncakes in a cheerful and creative environment. With support from dedicated volunteers, children practiced teamwork and fine motor skills while parents captured joyful memories in photos and videos. This engaging experience brought new families into the CYF community and sparked excitement for future events.
Building on this success, CYF hosted a special Mother’s Day celebration in May. Guided by a professional nutritionist, children learned to prepare a healthy meal and pamper their mothers with beauty and skincare techniques. Through joyful activities such as card-making, makeup, and manicures, the children expressed heartfelt appreciation and love. The event served not only as a celebration but also as a meaningful lesson in gratitude, empathy, and family bonds.

This touching day reminded children to recognize their mothers’ hard work and sacrifices and to reflect on the values of love, respect, and giving back. It was a beautiful moment of connection—where children became little ambassadors of kindness and care.
As the CYF Kiddo Quest Adventure continues, we look forward to organizing more diverse and enriching activities that welcome families into the CYF community and empower our youngest members to grow into the leaders of tomorrow—rooted in love, gratitude, and joy.
